Sam Bond's Brewing Company is a 10 bbl brewhouse and tasting room within the historic Foundry Building and conveniently located between downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon. We specialize in brewing and serving quality handcrafted ales

Appetizers

 

Beer Nut Mix:  Assorted mix of market nuts slowly caramelized in tour Filbert Brown Ale, butter, brown sugar and spices: $5

 

Soft pretzels:  Two Bavarian style pretzel sticks served with your choice of beer cheese dip or honey mustard. $6

 

Bruschetta:  Five slices of toasted baguette brushed with olive oil and topped with mozzarella, tomato, basil and our signature Filbert Brown balsamic reduction. $8

 

Creamy Spinach Dip:  Creamy havarti and spinach dip served hot with toasted bread and garnished with fresh roma tomatoes and garden herbs. $9

 

Foundry Sampler: Seasonal assortment of cured meats, cheeses, tapenades, and marinated vegetables with toasted bread, perfect for sharing. Vegan option also available. $14

Salads

Add roasted turkey breast, ham, or crispy pancetta $2

 

Dressings:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Honey Mustard, Caesar, Ranch, Blu Cheese, Lemon Vinaigrette or a seasonal dressing

 

House Salad:  Organic spring mix, shredded carrots, red onions, cucumber, fresh roma tomatoes and marinated mushrooms. $6.50

 

Caesar:  Fresh romaine, house made croutons, and parmesan cheese, tossed in our house made caesar dressing and served with lemon wedges. $7.50

 

Italian Salad:  Organic spring mix, red onions, fresh roma tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and parmesan cheese tossed in our house Balsamic Vinaigrette. $7.50

 

Apple Nut Salad:  Organic spring mix, shredded carrots, fresh apples, assorted beer nuts, and blue cheese crumbles tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette, served with two slices of toasted bread. $9.50

Paninis

Choice of side salad or kettle chips.

 

Bianca:  Marinated and fresh mushrooms, red onions, provolone cheese, roasted garlic aioli base finished with truffle salt and Filbert balsamic reduction. $10

 

Artichoke Turkey:  Roast turkey breast, marinated artichoke hearts, roma tomatoes, red onions, with provolone cheese on a pesto base. $11

 

Roasted Veggie Marinara:  Marinated mushrooms, red peppers, red onions, marinated artichoke hearts, provolone cheese or soy cotta on a marinara base. $11

 

Spicy Salami:  Salami, pepperoni, red onions, and pepperoncini with provolone cheese or soy cotta on a marinara base. $12.50

Pastas

Made from fresh and local pasta, gluten free option add $2. Served with side salad and toasted baguette.

 

Pesto Primavera: Fresh egg-linguine pasta tossed in our in house pesto with red pepper, kalamata olives, and sundried tomatoes. $12.50

 

Fettuccine Alfredo:  A bed of fresh fettuccine noodles smothered in our house made creamy garlic alfredo sauce topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese. $13  Add pesto or sundried tomatoes for $1.50  

 

Little Italy:  Fresh egg-linguine pasta tossed with, italian sausage, garlic, spinach, olive oil, fresh grated parmesan cheese and our house made marinara. $13.50

Full personal artisanal pizzas are made to order, please allow for extra time.

Meat Lovers:  Pepperoni, canadian bacon, salami, red onion, black olives and cheese on a marinara base. $15

 

Margarita:  Garlic, olive oil, fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, fresh basil topped with our signature Filbert Brown balsamic reduction. $14

 

Mediterranean:  Pesto sauce, kalamata olives, feta, spinach, artichoke hearts topped with fresh roma tomatoes. $14.50

 

Bianca:  Alfredo sauce, garlic, olive oil, fresh and marinated crimini mushrooms, white onions, fresh mozzarella topped with balsamic reduction. $12.50
