Gear Up for Great Beer


Sam Bond's Brewing Company is a 10 bbl brewhouse and tasting room within the historic Foundry Building and conveniently located between downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon. We specialize in brewing and serving quality handcrafted ales.

Soft Pretzels:

Two Bavarian style pretzel sticks baked in-house served with your choice of beer cheese or honey mustard. $6.00



Five slices of toasted baguette brushed with olive oil and topped with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil and our signature Filbert Brown Ale balsamic reduction. $8.50


Spinach Artichoke Dip:

Cream cheese, spinach and artichoke dip served hot with toasted bread and garnished with fresh roma tomatoes and garden herbs. $8.50


Ciabatta bun with choice of kettle chips or side salad.

Chicken Pesto:

Cider glazed chicken breast, fresh mozzarella. red onions and artichoke hearts on a pesto base. $13.25

Barbecue Chicken:

Barbecue Chicken, pickled red onion, cheddar cheese and fresh slaw. $13.25

Ham and Swiss:

Smoked ham, dijon mustard, swiss cheese, and pickled onion on a garlic olive oil base. $12.50

Bianca: V

Fresh and marinated mushrooms, red onions and fresh mozzarella on a roasted garlic aioli base, finished with our Filbert brown balsamic reduction. $12.50

Greek Melt: V

Artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, spinach, roma tomatoes and feta cheese on a pesto base. $12.50
